Finally! My training schedule is now posted. I feel like I’m finally getting back on track, but it requires a lot of discipline. This past Sunday I sat down with my planner and scheduled my workouts for the next two weeks. It also helps that I purchased this passport from Classtivity — it has been forcing me to try out new studios and different styles of workouts. I read about it on Well + Good and am so happy that I actually signed up for it.
How it works:
This morning I took a Kettlebell Kickboxing class at Anderson’s Martial Arts Academy and it was awesome! I was already feeling pretty good having gone to Barry’s the day before, so I figured another day of strength training couldn’t hurt. I clearly enjoy lying to myself because I am a little beat, but better that feeling than a bum who hasn’t worked out in a few days. I’m checking out a new yoga studio tomorrow morning, and then have a few more planned in the upcoming weeks, I’ll report back on my favorites!
