oh, i’m a runner?

I’ve talked so much about food / health / diet recently that I almost forgot my main goal was to talk about running. Oops :) I’ve actually done a lot of cross-training recently, yoga + spin + bootcamp, but I’m going to start focusing on running since I somehow inspired one of my little brothers to do his first half marathon! Since it’s cold out, I cheated and ran on the treadmill (ok, treadmills aren’t that bad, but you should always try to run outdoors if it’s not too dangerous) using this workout I found online.
